The 2014 NBA draft lottery is on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. ET. Below is a preview and live stream information.
The Milwaukee Bucks' dismal season gave them the highest chances of securing the No. 1 pick for the upcoming draft, which is loaded with talented prospects such as Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker and Joel Embiid.
Teams have been waiting for this draft class since last season, and NBA commissioner Adam Silver addressed the topic of tanking.
"The jury is out on the strategy, and I think that makes for good copy as well," Silver said, via ESPN. "... I read both sides of it in terms of, is that the right way to build a team, what impact does it have on culture, can you rebuild a team in two years, can you rebuild in three years, what's the track record of teams trying to do that?
"I am mindful that in a league of 30 teams that we're also selling competition on a nightly basis and I don't want to create a sense that we want to subject fans to subpar performances because, 'don't' worry, it's going to be great three years from now.'"
Other potential top picks include Dante Exum, Julius Randle and Marcus Smart.
The lottery will be held in Times Square Studio in New York City.
