Kim Kardashian is reportedly planning three wedding ceremonies. The 33-year-old reality star is said to have one ceremony in Southern California and the other two in France, Radar Online reports. A source told the site that the couple's lawyers told them they should have a civil ceremony in the United States prior to their May 24th wedding in Paris to make sure the marriage will be legal.

"Typically, the U.S. recognizes citizens getting married in France, but dealing with a foreign government and paperwork could be a nightmare," the source said. "So just to make sure it's legal, Kim and Kanye will first be having a civil ceremony in Southern California."

According to Radar, a French law requires that two wedding ceremonies take place.

"A religious ceremony has to be performed after a civil ceremony, never before," the French Embassy in Washington D.C. told Radar. "The minster, priest or rabbi will require a certificate of civil marriage before any religious ceremony takes place."

There were rumors that Kardashian and West will have their main event at the Louis XIV Chateau de Louveciennes and the mother-of-one will have three different outfit changes.

"Kim will have at least three dress changes on the big ceremony day in France," the source told Radar. "It will be over the top. Kim and Kanye want it to be the wedding of the century."

There's speculation that one of the dress designers will be Azzedine Alai.

"Be prepared for crazy outfits," a source told US Weekly, according to the Daily Mail.

In other Kimye wedding news, there were reports that Jay Z and Beyoncé won't attend the wedding ceremony but will make it up to the couple by buying them an expensive honeymoon present.

Reportedly Bey and Jay turned down the invitation because they don't want to appear on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." As we previously reported, Kardashian and West will allow E! cameras to film the ceremony for a two-part special.

A source told The Sun that "Jay Z would be there if it wasn't going to be such a public event."

"Instead he's making it up to his mate by throwing him the most extravagant stag do [party] known to man," the source told the newspaper. "It will cost a small fortune - and to top it all off, he's chucked a [$160K] yacht rental in there as a wedding gift as well."
