Kate Middleton's husband, Prince William, accidentally stirred up pregnancy rumors again while greeting a woman in the town of Cambridge, New Zealand on Apr. 11. The royal couple is in the middle of their tour of New Zealand and Australia.

According to US Weekly, after the Duke placed roses at the war memorial, he greeted a woman named Cynthia Read, who had made a shawl for baby Prince George. Read was commissioned by the New Zealand government to make the shawl for the royal baby.

She actually gave the gift to the couple the day before the event, but Read told reporters that when Prince William greeted her he told her "you might have to make another one soon."

Of course, the Duke could have simply been referring to his son and commenting on how fast he's been growing but Read and others thought Prince William might have accidentally dropped a hint that the Duchess was expecting again.

"The way William said it was like he was dropping a hint," Read told reporters afterward, "letting me in on a secret."

The Palace refused to comment, US Weekly reports, but the rumors were kicked up a notch when Middleton avoided alcohol at the unveiling of Queen Elizabeth II's portrait at Government House. Onlookers told media that the Duke had a glass of wine to celebrate but the Duchess "had a wine glass with water in it."

So will there be another royal baby watch soon? Unfortunately, we don't think so. Middleton debunked the rumors at a wine tasting at the Amisfield Vineyard in New Zealand. According to observers, Middleton enjoyed several glasses of wine and to make sure everyone was clear that she was not expecting, Middleton told the wine-maker that she was "really enjoying being able to drink again after having baby George," US reports.

"Kate is not pregnant. They want a bigger family in the future, but she's not pregnant right now!" a source close to the royal couple told the magazine.
