Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are addressing the divorce rumors in a new Lifetime documentary series "True Tori."
The network has released the first teaser for the new series. The clips reveal the couple in a counseling session, where McDermott admits to cheating on his wife.
"That's my worst nightmare, I cheated on my wife," McDermott said in the teaser. "I was out of control...Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol."
Spelling added, "I could never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me."
McDermott entered rehab this past January to seek treatment for undisclosed issues. Spelling's husband released the following statement to PEOPLE magazine about his decision to get help for his problems.
"I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."
Spelling and McDermott never addressed their issues publicly, but the couple were subject to tabloid speculation. Hollywood Life reported in February Spelling was completely devastated by McDermott's actions and it was affecting her self-worth.
"Tori's all over the place, she's sad, she's angry, she's blaming Dean but also herself," a source told Hollywood Life. "Dean has told her that this has nothing to do with her, that he still loves her and thinks she's hot, but she's questioning everything. Her self-esteem is shattered. She doesn't spend money on herself these days, it's all for the kids, but she's talking about getting a major makeover."
"True Tori" will air on April 22 at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
