Google has expanded its on-device AI ecosystem with the launch of Google AI Edge Gallery for macOS, enabling users to run artificial intelligence models locally on Apple computers.

Alongside the model release, Google also introduced AI Edge Eloquent for macOS, a dictation tool that processes spoken input entirely on-device. The application converts speech into clean, structured text by removing filler words, correcting grammar, and improving sentence flow in real time.
Unlike traditional cloud-based dictation services, Eloquent runs locally to improve speed and enhance privacy.
Users can also customize writing styles and add personalized vocabulary for names, technical terms, and industry-specific language, making it adaptable for professional environments.
