"Girls" star Allison Williams is engaged to marry her boyfriend of three years, Ricky Van Veen.
The 25-year-old actress, who plays Marnie on the hit HBO show, is now off the market, according to rep Lindsay Galin, who spoke with People Magazine on Wednesday.
Williams and Van Veen reportedly met after being introduced by a few shared friends.
Van Veen, 33, is the co-founder of entertainment website College Humor, which he first launched in 1999.
Williams is the daughter of NBC News anchor Brian Williams, CBS reported.
It appears Williams has family-building on the brain - she told Glamour in an interview earlier this month that she would gladly "walk away from" her budding acting career to settle down with Van Veen.
"I'd love to be a mom - and not have to bring my kids into a trailer...Or a balance [of both]," Allison said during the interview. "But you've [got to] call it on the fly to a certain extent."
Rumors of Williams and Van Veen's union were circling in January, when an unidentified friend of the 33-year-old told Life & Style that the engagement would come "in the next two months."
"[Ricky] is still figuring out how he will do it, but it is coming," the friend said. "He still hasn't asked her dad and he plans to be really formal and do that first."
Williams also spoke briefly on her relationship during a sit-down with Larry King at the beginning of this year. During that interview, she told King she and her then-boyfriend were just settling into her new life as a breakout star and celebrity. She said they'd become "very good at taking cell phone pictures" with admiring fans.
When King inquired how Williams' family got along with Van Veen, the actress smiled and replied that her father "likes him a lot."
