After winning against Bellator MMA fighter Dillon Danis, Logan surprised the sports industry by challenging Rey Mysterio; one of the of legendary WWE fighters in history.
For veteran wrestler Konnan, what Logan did was a very smart move. Here's what he said.
Logan Paul Vs. Rey Mysterio WWE Match: Konnan Commends Logan
According to Sportskeeda's latest report, Konna spoke highly about Logan Paul's decision to challenge Rey Mysterio, who is currently the reigning WWE United States Champion in his third reign.
During the previous "Keeping' It 100," Konnan said that Logan Paul's challenge to Rey Mysterio was a very smart thing to do.
He explained that it was a genius marketing technique, which already allowed the boxer to receive more attention for the upcoming match at Crown Jewel.
"But that's smart. Logan is smart. He's talking about WWE," said the veteran wrestler.
"He goes, 'I might quit and go to WWE full time. First guy I want is Rey Mysterio.' That's why these guys are where they're at," added Konnan.
As of writing, Logan Paul hasn't won any WWE championship. Although this is the case, he already has experience, thanks to his previous fight against Roman Reigns at the WWE Crown Jewel in 2022.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer was also able to face Mysterio. However, he only defeated the WWE champion on "The Grandest Stage of Them All" because it was a tag-team match with The Miz.
Rey Mysterio already accepted the challenge of Logan Paul since their match is scheduled on Nov. 4. Now, the only remaining thing that Logan must do is to prove that he is worthy of the WWE United States Champion title.

Logan Paul's Wrestling Experience

CBS reported that Logan Paul made his in-ring debut for WWE at WrestleMania 38 in April 2022. After that, he competed in seven fights.
He tried winning gold in WWE for the first time at the 2022 Crown Jewel event. However, he failed to beat Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Despite his defeat, he didn't give up and went on to enter the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble. He also fought Seth Rollings at WrestleMania 39, as well as competing in the 2023 Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Logan Paul can definitely rely on all his experiences as a WWE wrestler in the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel event this coming Nov. 4, in Saudi Arabia.
