In her tell-all interview, Amber Heard states several accusations, prompting Johnny Depp’s team to warn about “re-litigating matters.”

In her first interview since losing her defamation case on June 1, Amber Heard stated that Johnny Depp's ex-wives are too afraid to openly accuse him of violence.

Amber Heard, 36, told Savannah Guthrie on NBC's Dateline that she was terrified of sharing her side of the tale in an interview that aired in full for the first time on Friday. Guthrie stated in the interview that Heard is the only woman who has come out with claims of abuse against Johnny Depp.

Amber Heard's Tell-All Interview

She wondered why no one else had spoken up if they had been subjected to the same brutal abuse she had. Kate Moss took the stand during the slander trial to defend her ex-boyfriend, whom she dated from 1994 to 1998.

She dealt a stunning blow to his ex-wife Amber Heard by dismissing her accusation that Johnny Depp had shoved his supermodel ex down a flight of stairs. During her evidence, Heard mentioned hearing rumors that Depp had thrown Moss down a flight of stairs; however, according to testimony Moss provided in favor of Depp, the actor rescued her after she stumbled.

Amber Heard made the accusation while detailing an alleged confrontation with Johnny Depp at the top of a staircase, during which she claimed her sister, Whitney Heard, stepped in between them.

Heard's interview raised eyebrows, as she repeated the slanderous charges that he hit her. Nonetheless, Heard's team emphasized on Friday, just before the interview aired, that they were unapologetic.

Heard also provided a binder full of notes from her therapist, which she claims is new proof supporting her allegations of physical and sexual abuse against Depp, even though the materials were previously disregarded by the judge, Daily Mail reported.

Johnny Depp's Team Warns Amber Heard

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp's team has pushed back following Amber Heard's tell-all interview, accusing her of re-litigating issues. Depp won his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard on June 1.

The jury unanimously ruled in Johnny Depp's favor, ruling that what Amber Heard wrote in her op-ed piece for The Washington Post was defamatory and awarding him $15 million in damages.

The jury awarded Amber Heard $2 million in compensatory damages, concluding that Heard failed to show all elements of slander in her countersuit. Judge Penny Azcarate eventually limited the charges at $10.35 million, as per Lad Bible.

On Thursday, the 'Aquaman' star was spotted shopping at TJ Maxx, a bargain department store in the Hamptons. According to sources, the 36-year-old actress is poor due to high legal bills related to her and Depp's bombshell trial - and this was before she was sentenced to pay millions for defamatory claims.

When questioned if the actress could afford to pay the jury's verdict, her lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, answered, "Oh no, certainly not."

Still, Heard was seen shopping at TJ Maxx in Bridgehampton, New York - where the typical property costs roughly $3.8 million, according to Zillow - so she's surely not maxing out her credit cards at the big box retailer.

A snooping shopper captured Amber Heard wearing jeans and an oversized white button-down t-shirt while looking at items. She was joined by her sister, Whitney Henriquez, who has been at her side throughout the trial and testified in her favor.

It's unclear what Heard purchased at TJ Maxx if anything. According to many reports, Heard's homeowner's insurance coverage will pay the expense of her attorneys.

Depp sued Heard for $50 million after she wrote in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed that she had become a "public figure symbolizing domestic abuse," and he won all three of his defamation claims against her. Meanwhile, in a $100 million countersuit, Heard won just one of three defamation allegations she filed against the "Pirates of the Caribbean."

Heard was paid $1 million for the 2018 film 'Aquaman,' and another $2 million for the sequel, which will be released next year. Her part in the film has been drastically reduced, according to the New York post.
