Many people have been left wondering why Meghan Markle and Prince Harry missed the Jubilee concert after a full weekend of events that had the entire globe watching.

Duke, Duchess of Sussex Miss the Last Day of Platinum Jubilee

The married couple traveled to the United Kingdom with their children Archie and Lillibet. While they were seen during the Thanksgiving Service, they were scarcely seen thereafter. Many people have been left wondering why Meghan Markle and Prince Harry missed the Jubilee concert after a full weekend of events that had the entire globe watching.

Instead, they departed the UK before the last day of celebrations and traveled back to America with their children. The Sussexes were allegedly taken to Farnborough Airport from Frogmore Cottage near Windsor Castle.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to have flown back to the United States aboard a private plane. Before the Queen's Jubilee celebrations, royal analyst Chris Ship predicted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will keep things simple throughout the four-day weekend so as not to overshadow the Queen's Jubilee, according to OK.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry Attend Preliminary Event

The royal couple was booed as they departed St. Paul's Cathedral in London holding hands even though they had attended fewer official events since their dramatic 2020 escape from the royal family.

Earlier in the ceremony, Megan Markle and Prince Harry sat in a way that suggested ongoing tensions with senior members of the royal family. The twosome sat with Harry's cousins, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, and their spouses, Jack Brooksbank and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, for the National Thanksgiving service.

On the other side, Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, were seated opposite them. Many anticipated the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to share a bench with the previous pair.

Moreover, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did not appear to make eye contact with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during the occasion. While this may not have contributed to the boos outside, it is apparent that the ex-actress and her royal spouse continue to be unpopular within the royal family and certain members of the public.

Meghan appeared to detect the mixed reaction, but she kept things lighthearted as she jogged down the stairway with her husband, laughing and smiling. She was dressed in a stunning white gown with a matching cap while Harry was dressed in a black suit top and striped pants, as per The Blast.

Lilibet Meets Queen Elizabeth

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry finished off their celebration of their daughter Lilibet's first birthday on June 6 by posting a rare snapshot of the smiling one-year-old. Misan Harriman, a family friend, took the shot while attending Lilibet's one-year-old birthday picnic at Frogmore Cottage on June 4.

Due to schedule issues relating to Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee, some of Lilibet's royal family members, including Prince William and Kate Middleton, we're unable to attend.

The birthday celebration took place in Frogmore Cottage, where the Duke and Duchess moved in 2019 before permanently relocating to the United States in July 2020. According to reports, the party was laid-back.

On Thursday afternoon, the Sussexes presented their daughter Lilibet to her great-grandmother for the first time. Lilibet was controversially named after Her Majesty's childhood nickname, generating uproar amid reports that Her Majesty was "told not asked" about the selection.

Meghan Markle's Message to Prince Harry

Prince Harry was discreetly consoled by his wife Meghan Markle at one point during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee festivities. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex kept a quiet profile throughout the four-day event but were sighted entering St. Paul's Cathedral with other members of the Royal Family on Friday.

According to the Daily Express, Prince Harry and Meghan, who traveled to the UK from their home in Montecito, California, were forced to sit in the second row, 25 feet behind Prince William and Prince Charles.

Meghan Markle comforted her husband during the Thanksgiving ceremony. At one point during the 50-minute ceremony, Meghan Markle allegedly turned to Prince Harry and remarked, "Yeah, will be fine." Royal analyst Ingrid Seward confirmed that the seating arrangements at St. Paul's were designed to keep Prince Harry and Prince William from meeting face to face, Bustle reported.
