Kim Kardashian, 41, provided an update on her four children while she and their father, Kanye West, work out the details of their divorce in court. The court asked the SKIMS founder how North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, were doing at her hearing, and she replied, "Everyone is doing OK."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's court appearance might be viewed as a significant win for her since she was granted her desire to terminate her marriage to the "Gold Digger" rapper, as well as the status of being legally single. Ye had previously refused the request, but he was supposedly not present for the hearing and his lawyer had no issues.

According to a source close to Kim, the developer of the Yeezys first turned down her request to be legally single, "isn't all that surprised Kanye denied her request." He's made every step of this process as painful as possible for her, and he intends to keep doing so." Examples include shaming her current partner Pete Davidson on social media and accusing Kim of not allowing him to see their children, as per Hollywood Life.

Who Are Kim Kardashian's Children?

North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two, are Kim and Kanye's four children. Here's more information on them!

1. Psalm West

Kim and Kanye's fourth child, a boy called Psalm after the bible, was born through a surrogate on May 10, 2019, and is the newest member of the Kardashian family. The Kardashian family traveled to Armenia, where he was born, to have him christened, together with his brothers Chicago, Saint, and North.

2. North West

North West, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West's first child was born on June 15, 2013, and is the eldest of their four children. Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West are her siblings, and she is cousins with the rest of the Kardashians' next generation.

3. Saint West

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's eldest son, who is the couple's second-oldest kid, was born on December 5, 2015.

4. Chicago West

Chicago, Kim and Kanye's youngest daughter, was born on January 15, 2018, and is one of two of their daughters that were carried by a surrogate rather by Kim because she suffered from placenta accreta during her previous two pregnancies and was recommended by doctors not to try to carry another child. Psalm was also born through a surrogate mother. It's speculated that the couple called her Chi after Kanye West, who grew up in Chicago and frequently mentions the city in his songs, according to Capital FM.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West's Custody Agreement

Due to his busy touring schedule and globe travel, sources close to the Donda rapper indicate that he will most likely return whenever time allows. Putting up a framework over the Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays is thought to be unfeasible due to Ye's travels.

When Ye returned from a previous tour, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star helped make his meeting with the kids go more smoothly. The singer of Flashing Lights is said to have reunited with his children for Sunday Service.

When it comes to custody, the former couple is said to have an open-door policy. According to sources, if Kim and Kanye are overly detailed with their custody arrangements, their court battle will turn extremely nasty rather than calm.

The first condition, that any right to obtain repayment of money meant to be divided up would be kept in case one of them dies, was allowed by the judge.

The second requirement, which would ban the TV actress from transferring any assets held in her trust, was rejected by the judge. The rapper's third and final condition was likewise refused by the judge.

Kanye apparently wanted Kim to forgo the "marital privilege" if she remarried, which would mean that her new husband would not have to testify about their contacts. According to the newspaper, a source close to the rapper expressed his desire for the divorce to be granted.

As a result of the verdict, the Yeezus rapper is officially a single man. Kanye allegedly objected to Kim's desire to be deemed legally single because he was concerned that if she remarried, she would shift part of their assets to her separate accounts, The Sun reported.
