Her latex fashion moments came after Kanye West, Kim Kardashian's estranged husband claimed he couldn't prove he posted the posts criticizing her and Pete Davidson. On Instagram, the rapper, 44, has been ranting about the Saturday Night Live comedian, 28, and others linked with him, as per Mirror.

Pete sent him a private message, in which he stated that the comic would never meet his children. Kanye is attempting to make his social media posts about Kim, Pete, and others inadmissible at next week's hearing about the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's request to become single, according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Why Are Kanye West's posts important for Their Divorce?

The court documents were received on Thursday, February 24, in which Kardashian, 41, reacted to her estranged husband's objection to her request for a separate trial to declare her single. Earlier this month, he gave a list of requirements that needed to be completed before he'd agree.

Kanye has been spreading a lot of disinformation about our private family matters and co-parenting on social media, which has caused emotional pain, according to the Skims founder's newest filing.

West's lawyer, on the other hand, claims that because she didn't give the posts with her statement, her opinions aren't allowed to be on the record.

The comments could be omitted from the record because they were not submitted as evidence. Kardashian, on the other hand, may keep her declaration private by uploading the Instagram images in question.

It's up to Kanye to prove that he wrote his Instagram posts, which allegedly included screenshots of text chats with his split wife - and the Yeezy designer may have made it extremely easy. The filing does not imply that the "Donda" rapper did not write the Instagram posts. It's only a legal need that was missed and must be addressed.
