Daniel Craig may play the character of James Bond again in James Bond 25. There are speculations that the producer of Craig's latest theater project Othello could convince him to sign up for another 007 movie. 

An English actor opens in Othello this week on stage in New York averse "Selma" star David Oyelowo. The production sold out in just hours back in October.

If you're looking closer at the credits, you can see that the show's producer is Barbara Broccoli, an outgrowth of the 007 franchise who brought Craig in 2006 for the string of James Bond hits such as Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre.

But grouchy Craig has publicly itched to exit the movies, sniping in October 2015 that he'd rather "slash [his] wrists" than revisit the role. "I'm over it at the moment ... All I want to do is move on," he shared. And regarding of others who might take over, he charmingly said, "Look, I don't give a f **k."

A week later, it was announced Craig was cast with David Oyelowo in Othello. This year, as Othello approached, Craig changed his song and said in October of playing Bond again. "I would miss it terribly." Also, he has allegedly been offered $150 million for two movies which apparently can't hurt.

A source shared that Daniel thinks of himself as a serious actor and he wants to stretch his artistic muscles. Barbara also truly believes in his talent so she did this play for him is a proof of heaving much she appreciates him as an actor. Of course, she wants him back in 007 franchise and the Othello was the perfect way to lure him to make another Bond movie.

According to rumors, Broccoli would ask Craig back for the next 007 film, James Bond 25, sometime after the play's run. Reportedly, Daniel Craig is conformable to a return to Bond after his pause of a few years when he'll tackle "more serious roles."

Speaking about the heated speculation over actors who could take over the Bond role, from Idris Elba, over Tom Hiddleston and Jack Huston to Michael Fassbender. However, a source said that all those actors are not in the running.
