Tech giants are in the race of manufacturing Bezel-less smartphones for the upcoming year. Chinese tech company Xiaomi's Mi Mix a bezel-less phone, which was unveiled in China recently has challenged other companies to manufacture bezel-less smartphones. Apple, Huawei and Apple are in a queue to test the concept of edge-to-edge display to launch bezel-less phones by 2017.

Apple's iPhone 8 is the most anticipated smartphone of the upcoming year. The Barclays Research analysts note iPhone 8 will be borderless with display sizes same as the current models. However, Apple will be 5-inch and 5.8-inch display version, which is bigger than the current 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch. According to a report from the analysts, the iPhone 8 will sport bezel-less design next year in 2017.

Samsung Galaxy 8 will entertain fans with the bezel-less display next year. It is also speculated that Samsung Galaxy S8 will be the fastest Android phone powered by Snapdragon 835. There will be a 5.7-inch model alongside a 6.2-inch variant of the Galaxy S8. SamsungGalaxy S8 is expected to be launched in the tech market in Febraury 2017.

According to Nashville Chatter, Huawei P10 will also switch to bezel-free display with the release of Mate 9 but, there are rumors that Huawei Company is working on "Quad-edge" technology for the upcoming smartphones. But, most probably the phone is expected to come with an edge-to-edge display, QHD resolution, Android 7.1 Nougat, dual-lens cameras and more.

Another phone, which will surely impress people with the bezel-less display is the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Galaxy Note 7 was an unforunate smartphone for the Smasung which brought dwon the company from the top spot. However, Samsung is rumored to be preparing its new flaghship Galaxy Note 8 and expected date of launching in mid- 2017.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be equipped with same bezel-less design alongside features such as dual-lens camera, an iris scanner, larger battery and larger storage capacity. Galaxy Note 7's failure has challenged Samsung to come up with new fascinating features in Note 8.
