Attention all Crash Bandicoot fans, time to get all-nostalgic.  The classic video game, in celebration of its 20th Anniversary, will be making a comeback in remastered versions in PlayStation 4.

The rumors are already confirmed by Sony during the PlayStation event at the E3 this year. Sony announced the return of the classic video games including Spider Man, God of War and of course, Crash Bandicoot. All video games mentioned are going to be exclusive to the company's PlayStation 4.

The Japanese tech company has been making it a habit to revive classic video games in the E3 events. Just last year, it announced that new PlayStation 4 games will be made for Final Fantasy 7.

For Crash Bandicoot however, Sony will only be remastering the video game and will not be making a totally new game out of the classic. The company is planning to release remastered versions of the original video game trilogy in PlayStation 4: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.

However, Activision and Sony seem to be secretly working on more surprises. While both companies are mum about any new game from Crash Bandicoot, both also seem not to be denying the rumors.

Looks like a Crash Bandicoot VR is very possible in the future.

Everyone's favorite video game, Crash Bandicoot, will also make an appearance in Skylanders Imaginators this year while its remastered video game trilogy will be released in 2017.

Crash Bandicoot could be considered as the face of PlayStation in its early days where the game was exclusive for some time. The video game was created by Naughty Dog for Sony Computer Entertainment and was so successful that it got extended to a trilogy.

The original story line featured a doctor trying to alter a bandicoot. Fortunately, the bandicoot escaped and thus started an adventure that would capture many video game enthusiasts' hearts.
