Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons - 1:00 p.m., FOX.
*Carolina can win the NFC South and clinch a first-round bye with a win or a tie against Atlanta, or if New Orleans loses. Carolina can win home-field playoff advantage throughout the playoffs with a win, a Seattle loss and a San Francisco win.

Baltimore Ravens @ Cincinnati Bengals - 1:00 p.m., CBS.
