According to Australia Network News, Sabine Kehm said that the champion racer is gradually giving up on life. His strong grip to life is now loosening. His condition is not improving too much but determination and the will to live keep him battling.

His family continues with full support and his son Mick Schumacher is now making a name in his dad's field of expertise.

Mick has won the Italian Formula 4 under Kehm's management already. He finished 10th overall in the German championship.

"I will not be rushed and will not only have an eye for the quick results, instead I will be working on myself constantly and focused. Racing is an extremely complex sport, this makes it difficult and at the same time really fascinating," the 17-year-old told Pirelli.com.

"Racing is what I dream of. Actually, racing is constantly on my mind. It's exhausting, it's difficult, it's challenging, it's complicated. It's simply awesome," he added.

In December 2013, Schumacher had very bad head injury while skiing and he was placed in a medically induced coma and he was in the coma for six months from 29 December 2013 until 16 June 2014.
