According to TMZ Khloe Kardashian has officially filed divorce papers ending her four marriage to NBA star Lamar Odom. The couple has been dealing with divorce rumors for months. TMZ was first to break the news of Kardashian's and Odom's marriage trouble claiming that the athlete was dealing with an alleged cocaine addiction.

There were also reports of infidelity after several came forward with claims that they had an affair with Odom. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star kept quiet about the rumors only hinting about her troubles on Twitter in cryptic messages.

Earlier today sources confirmed to TMZ and E! News that Kardashian was planning on filing "later today." Reportedly she's had the divorce papers signed and ready to go for months but was never quite ready to pull the trigger on her marriage. According to TMZ the last straw was a bizarre video in which Odom rapped about cheating on his wife.

Shortly after the video surfaced on the Internet, the reality star stopped wearing her ring. According to TMZ the paper work was filed by Laura Wasser and Kardashian cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

She reportedly didn't ask for spousal support and because the two had a prenup and never had children together, there should be no complications. Kardashian also asked the judge to remove Odom from her name.

Even though the 29-year-old is going through a very difficult time right now it was reported that she has already started dating again. According to MediaTakeOut.com, Kardashian is dating Los Angeles Dodgers' Matt Kemp.

"Khloe and Matt are dating, but it's not serious yet," a source said. "But Khloe's already acting she's in love... Khloe's like that, she loves hard, but she moves on quick."

Both have stayed silent about the rumors but Kemp recently posted a picture to his Instagram account of the Kardashian's Christmas tree.

"Best time of the year!! It's gonna be a Cali Christmas this year," he captioned the photo.

Kris Jenner also uploaded the same photo with the caption "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas."
