Paul Walker's daughter Meadow has officially been awarded with a multi-million dollar settlement deal from Roger Rodas, the driver of the car that got into an accident in November 2013 that resulted in his own death as well as the death of her father.

The "Fast & Furious" actor's 17-year-old daughter received $10.1 million after a settlement with Rodas' estate, confirmed her lawyer Jeffrey Milam Thursday.

"The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short," Milam said. "Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash. Meadow's lawsuit against Porsche AG - a $13 billion corporation - intends to hold the company responsibly for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker's death."

The two were in a Porsche Carrera GT when they crashed and exploded about two and a half years ago. The actor was in the passenger seat at the time. Both were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Milam also explained that even though Rodas was "not directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control," he was still partly to blame for the fatal accident.

The settlement was made official in 2014, but since it was filed under the name Meadow W., it was unknown to the public until now. She received just more than $7.2 million, while her lawyer got a little under $3 million. She also plans to continue on with her lawsuit against Porsche, even though the lawsuit filed by Rodas' widow Kristine was recently dismissed by a judge who claimed that the crash was not the fault of Porsche.

Ever since Paul tragically passed, Meadow has been posting emotional tributes on milestones like his birthday, Father's Day and the anniversary of his death that show just how much she loves and misses her father.

On what would have been his 42nd birthday, she announced that she had launched the Paul Walker Foundation in his honor. "Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill," she wrote at the time. "I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others. I am tremendously proud to be launching the #PaulWalkerFoundation on his birthday. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my father."
