Rob Kardashian sunk into a deep depression after he gained over 100 pounds in less than a year, but thanks to his new fiancé Blac Chyna, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is back on his way to a healthy life.

Chyna took to her Snapchat Wednesday to state that she was taking the matter of her man's health into her own hands so that he could reach his goal weight just in time for his 30th birthday in five weeks on May 11. The model/entrepreneur documented the entire event in a series of videos where Kardashian first stepped on the scale to share his starting weight of 248.4 pounds.

Chyna seemed to be taking training her future husband extremely seriously and made Kardashian say his name, weight and height to the camera. "Rob Kardashian, 250 pounds, 6-1," he said, and then replied, "Of course," when Chyna asked for his permission to officially act as his trainer. The youngest Kardashian sibling then revealed his goal weight, which was between 200 and 210 pounds, meaning that he wants to lose 40 to 50 pounds in a matter of weeks.

Later in the day, Chyna again took to Snapchat and recorded a video of Rob running on a treadmill. She asked him how his workout was, but he was so out of breath that he couldn't even respond. Since he could not talk, the reality star simply let his drenched in sweat white t-shirt do all the talking.

Earlier this week, Chyna and Kardashian revealed that after only dating for three months, they were engaged. Chyna broke the news on her Instagram in a picture of her showing off a 7-carat diamond engagement ring that was designed by Kardashian's friend Ben Baller, who is the founder of IF & Co. custom jewelers.

"She was really going crazy over the ring. She loves it. $325,000 is pretty close to what he paid, but it could have been a lot more because of the clarity. It's hard to manipulate that kind of radiance on a diamond," Baller said. Rob "paid for it himself" after reaching out to Ben "about a week ago."
