Ted Cruz stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Wednesday night, where the GOP presidential candidate admitted to the late night host that if he was given the opportunity to run his opponent, Donald Trump, over with a car, he might actually do it.

The Texas senator is one of the last people standing in Trump's way for race for the GOP nomination and had a mostly lighthearted conversation with Kimmel, until the conversation turned to the former host of "The Apprentice." Cruz's car jab came after Kimmel opened his show with some April Fool's Day pranks in which he put frightening images in front of people's back-up cameras.

"If I were in my car and getting ready to reverse and saw Donald in the backup camera, I'm not confident which pedal I'd push," Cruz told Kimmel.

Kimmel then asked the senator who he disliked more, President Barack Obama or Trump. Cruz said he "dislikes Obama's policies more" but "Donald is a unique individual."

After all the politics talk was over, Kimmel then tried to get to the bottom of who the presidential candidate really was and asked him a bunch of personal questions, like how many "Star Wars" films he had seen (all of them), what his favorite cereal was (Mueslix), if he had ever done yoga (no), and the name of the last film that made him cry ("Star Wars: The Force Awakens").

Cruz's appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" meant that the late night talk show now had on all of the leading presidential candidates, with Trump, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders all making appearances in the past. Apparently, some of Kimmel's viewers did not appreciate him having so many politicians on the show, and many left angry Facebook messages on the show's official Facebook account.

"If half of everyone hates me when a Republican is on and half of everyone hates me when we have a Democrat on, it adds up to everyone hates me," Kimmel said. "To me, in order to decide who we should vote for, I think it's a good idea to listen to what all the main people running have to say."

Kimmel said that it was not only strangers who were angry with him, but some of his family members were even a little ticked off at him.

"My own uncle, my godfather even, castigated me on Facebook last week for having Hillary Clinton on. He said I embarrassed the family," Kimmel revealed. "As if I hadn't embarrassed the family a million times before! It's the foundation of my career."
