Kesha has broken her silence for the first time to thank those who supported her in wake of her legal battle with her music producer Dr. Luke. The singer posted a statement on her Instagram account days after she was denied a preliminary injunction against Dr. Luke, who she has accused of sexual, physical, emotional and verbal abuse.

"I am beyond words in gratitude," the singer captioned a selfie. "Thank you is not enough but it is all I have. A million times over and forever thank you. The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much."

"A statement too large for this format is coming," the singer then promised.

Kesha sued the music producer in October 2014 in California in attempts to void her music contract with him and Sony records. In the lawsuit, the singer accused Dr. Luke of "sexually, physically, verbally, and emotionally [abusing her] to the point where [she] nearly lost her life" over the course of 10 years, according to Rolling Stone. If Kesha had won the ruling on Friday, she would have been allowed to record music outside of Dr. Luke's record label, Kemosabe Records, which is owned by Sony Music.

After Kesha's loss in court, many stars voiced their support for the "We R Who We R" singer, including Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Reese Witherspoon, Anne Hathaway, Lena Dunham and Kelly Clarkson, according to E! News. Music producers such as Jack Antonoff and Zedd have spoken up for Kesha, and both even offered to make music with the singer despite her contract with Sony.

"Hey @kesharose -- don't know what the legal specifics are, but if you want to make something together & then leak it for everyone I'm around," Antonoff wrote. "Or just make something and wait on it till that creep can't block you anymore. standing offer."

"@KeshaRose very very sorry to hear about the whole situation. I'll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my help," Zedd wrote.
