Heidi Klum Upset For Being Photographed While Rescuing Her Son

Heidi Klum expressed her disappointment at being photographed when she could have used some help in rescuing her son and two of her family's nannies from the ocean's big tide in Hawaii, according to People magazine.

Never underestimate the power of women. Klum proves it in a heroic act to save her 7-year-old son, Henry, and two of her family's nannies from a high current tide that nearly drowned them. The incident took place during an Easter vacation in Hawaii with her current bodyguard-boyfriend Martin Kristen and her four children, Leni, 8, whom she had with Flavio Briatore, and Henry, Johan, 6, and Lou, 3, whom she had with ex-husband Seal.

"We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water," the 39-year old supermodel told Us Weekly. "Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land. We were able to get everyone out safely."

The "Project Runway" host told People about how upsetting it was to notice bystanders taking pictures of her while she was trying to rescue her son and the nannies.

"The family was surprised that we were being photographed and no one would come help us," she told the mag.

Klum arrived at the island for her Easter vacation March 24 with her family. The incident may have got Klum worried, but she now seemed content after finding no harm had come upon her family.

She returned to her L.A. home safely Monday, with her family. Klum also tweeted a picture captioned "Loving California Adventure....and loving my new @MichaelKors bag!" yesterday.
