‘RHOBH’ Season 4 Cast: Newest Housewife Carlton Gebbia Reveals She is a Witch

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" introduced a new cast member during its Season 4 premiere. Fans of the reality show met Carlton Gebbia, an interior designer from London. One thing that separates Gebbia from the rest of the housewives - she's a witch, Yahoo! reports.

"It's my faith," she explained to Access Hollywood. "My grandmother was a pagan, I was born into it. It's very personal and sacred to me."

Gebbia said that she doesn't belong to a coven - a gathering of witches - because she usually practices her witchcraft by herself.

"I don't belong to a coven because I never lived in one place that long," she said.

"I practice traditions from British Traditional Witchcraft and also from Wicca, it's my own individualized practice," she told Parade.

She said she does believe in God but "doesn't necessarily believe in just one deity." Gebbia takes her witchcraft seriously and told the magazine that her house is filled with magical objects like a witches' sphere, an object that draws in negative energy.

The mother of three was reportedly invited to star on the reality show after she attended a party a Kyle Richards' house. Gebbia, whose husband works at the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, said she and Richards are definitely not friends not explaining why she was invited to the party.

Gebbia should bring a rather interesting mix to the show, especially once the other housewives find out she's a witch. The only one who has no problem with it all is Brandi Glanville.

"When it did come out, for the most part it was received in a favorable way," Gebbia told US Weekly. "I don't judge people by their faith, but unfortunately some people are uncomfortable."

"Carlton is a real straight woman," Glanville said. "She is a great woman, a great mom. She is the real deal and no BS."
