The Seattle Seahawks are in desperate need of some changes on their offensive line, but nothing this season has really worked. The Seahawks could use their first round pick to take an offensive lineman, and LSU's Vadal Alexander could be a great fit in Seattle, according to Draft Analyst Chad Reuter.

The Seahawks were reportedly looking to bolster their offensive line prior to the NFL trade deadline this past Tuesday, but the team decided to not make any moves. "We always are (involved in talks)," said head coach Pete Carroll, via Seattle Seahawks. "That's just the way we compete. We love our team, we love the guys we have on this team, but we need to listen to what's going on." Carroll said that the team doesn't like parting with valuable draft picks, and Seattle will likely look to improve their offensive line through the 2016 NFL Draft.

Ever since the Seahawks traded center Max Unger to the New Orleans Saints, their offensive line has not looked the same. Quarterback Russell Wilson has been sacked 31 times this season, the most in the NFL. While Wilson may hold onto the ball too long at times this season, resulting in sacks, he also avoids sacks by moving around the pocket and off the edge. Last season, Wilson was sacked 42 times, and Seattle is only halfway through their season.

For all these reasons, the Seahawks are likely to target an offensive lineman in the draft. LSU's Alexander could be a great fit, as he is a great run blocker and would fit nicely in front of running back Marshawn Lynch. The Tigers top offensive lineman was seen as LSU's top prospect coming into this season and has only continued to perform at the top level. Alexander is great at getting to the second level and blocking linebackers, and he has led the way for Heisman frontrunner Leonard Fournette.

Alexander is listed at 6-foot-6, 329 pounds and will likely be a first round lineman taken off the board. He has played both inside and outside on the offensive line at LSU and could fit many needs for an NFL team. Depending on where the Seahawks end up drafting, Alexander could fit nicely in Seattle if he is still on the board when it's their turn.
