More family drama for Bristol Palin! The 25-year-old daughter of Sarah Palin is reportedly heading back to court with ex-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, over custody of their 6-year-old son, Tripp, Radar Online reported.

It was rumored that the former couple settled their long custody dispute in September. However, before the deal was finalized, Palin and Johnston filed an emergency motion asking a judge to completely scratch that agreement.

The two reportedly want to start a new agreement.

"Although the parties were able to reach and execute an agreement for custody and visitation in a long-distance situation, the circumstances have since substantially changed," the documents state, according to Radar Online.

Palin, who came in third place on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," was planning on moving to Kentucky to live with her ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer. However, the two called off their wedding days before Palin was set to walk down the aisle, and Palin decided to stay in Alaska.

The document also stated that Palin and Johnston "are now residing in the same community" of Alaska and "discussing options for a same community custody and visitation schedule, but no final agreement has been reached at this time."

"No, we do not yet have a final legal custody agreement with Bristol Palin," Johnston confirmed in a joint statement with wife Sunny, according to AceShowBiz. "Yes it looks like we are headed back to court yet again, hopefully for the last time. We are only requesting joint custody and a reasonable child support agreement. We think this is fair, and believe it is in Tripp's best interests to have equal time with both parents, as well as with siblings on both sides of the family."

Palin's baby daddy reportedly owes her more than $50,000 in child support.

"Reports of the amount owed for child support are grossly over inflated, but yes we are still paying on what we owe every single month. It is our hope that all of this will be resolved shortly... We have spent quite a lot of time, and quite a lot of money, with still no end in sight," the couple said.

While a new settlement is being reached, Palin is currently forced on the arrival of her second child. She recently posted a photo of her growing baby bump, with the caption, "7.5 months with my baby girl."

After being criticized for having a second child out of wedlock, Palin took to her blog and revealed that her pregnancy was planned, writing, "None of us are perfect. I made a mistake, but it's not the mistake all these giddy a$holes have loved to assume. This pregnancy was actually planned. I do not regret this baby. This baby is not a disappointment, and I cannot wait to be a mom times two. Tripp is going to make the best big brother!!"

Palin's baby girl is due in December.
