New Jersey governor and Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie was kicked out of an Amtrak Acela train's "quiet car" for talking too loudly on his phone as he was making his way to New York City from Washington, D.C. where he made an appearance on Sunday.

Christie was chatty and kept repeating phrases such as "this is frickin' ridiculous" and "seriously?! seriously?!" according to The Huffington Post.

"He got on last minute yelling at his two secret service agents I think because of a seat mixup, sat down and immediately started making phone calls on the quiet car," a fellow passenger said, according to Gawker"After about 10 minutes the conductor asked him to stop or go to another car. He got up and walked out again yelling at his secret service. He was drinking a McDonald's strawberry smoothie."

Samantha Smith, a spokesperson for the governor, said the Republican presidential hopeful had accidentally taken a seat on the quiet car and then he immediately left for the café car after he broke "the cardinal rule of the quiet car."

Smith also apologized on behalf of Christie to the passengers of the Amtrak Acela train that he may have offended, the Daily Mail U.K. reported.
