In a new web ad, titled "Hillary's Message to Survivors of Sexual Assault," Hillary Clinton claims, "I want to send a message to every survivor of sexual assault. Don't let anyone silence your voice. You have a right to be heard. You have a right to be believed. We're with you."

Clinton also believes victims of sexual assault have "a right to be believed," reports The Daily Caller.

But these promises do not seem to hold true if the accusations are made against her husband as Kathleen Willey realized when she accused Hillary's husband, President Bill Clinton, of sexually assaulting her.

"She believed what happened for sure. She just chose to ignore the plight of all of his victims, thus enabling him to continue to abuse and rape women in the future. She's a money-hungry hypocritical witch who will do anything for money. She's a lying pig. I cannot believe that she had the gall to make that commercial. How dare she? I hope she rots in Hell," said Willey to The American Mirror.

Willey also alleges that the former secretary of state has a history of trying to silence the multiple women her husband has been associated with.

"She enabled his behavior. It's as simple as that. She looks the other way. She might throw a tantrum, but she enabled it to happen again and again and again and again. And then she chooses to go after the women that he hooks up with, to ruin them again and again and again and again. And that's how it work," the now 69-year-old Willey told radio host Aaron Klein according to The Daily Mail.
