A U.S. man was arrested on offensive littering and criminal mischief charges after he drunkenly urinated on his fellow JetBlue passengers, according to The Los Angeles Times.  Twenty-seven-year-old Jeff Rubin from Oregon was arrested as JetBlue Flight 47 arrived Friday at the Portland International Airport. He was held in jail for about five hours and released.

Rubin was asleep during the three-hour flight until it began to descend. At this time, for unknown reasons, Rubin stood up and urinated on the passengers and their luggage in front of him, through the seat crack.

He then lost his balance and fell backwards, according to MSN, and now that he was urinating upwards, he also sprayed urine on the passengers seated next to him and their personal belongings.

Rubin quickly fell back to sleep and was arrested without incident by police who entered the plane after all other passengers had departed, according to the Inquisitr.

JetBlue Flight 47 is a regular nonstop flight with a daily scheduled flight from Anchorage, Alaska to Portland, Ore.
