Office Depot may soon face a lawsuit after an employee refused to print an Illinois woman's anti-Planned Parenthood fliers, according to InfoWars.

Maria Goldstein was told to use the self-serve copiers when she approached an employee at a Schaumburg Office Depot.

The 42-year-old woman attempted to get 500 copies of her fliers made, which showed certain facts about Planned Parenthood from her organization and a prayer for those who stood in support of Planned Parenthood operations.

The employee reasoned that the flier was in violation of corporate policy and persecuted people who believe in abortion rights, according to the Daily Caller.

Karen Denning, spokesperson for Office Depot, claimed that the policy does not allow "the copying of any type of material that advocates any form of racial or religious discrimination or the persecution of certain groups of people. It also prohibits copying any type of copyrighted material," according to the Washington Times.

But Goldstein says she was the one being persecuted.

"Office Depot is trying to silence my freedom of speech and my freedom of religion. I feel discriminated against," she said. "When I tell people they're shocked, because this is America."

The Thomas More Society, a law group representing Goldstein, sent a letter to Office Depot asking that the CEO reconsider the policy and fill her order.

A lawyer from the group said that he believed the flier was not in "persecution" because of its tone and peaceful call to prayer.
