The Boys Of Zummer Tour 2015—featuring Fall Out Boy, Wiz Khalifa and Hoodie Allen—left many concertgoers in New York state unhappy—and in hospitals, behind bars and charged with criminal offenses.

Problems began at the tour's June 18 stop at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, in Darien Center, N.Y., when 62 underage fans were charged with attempting to use fake driver’s licenses and identification cards to obtain alcohol, according to the Times Union.

A few nights later, June 23, at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., more than 30 music lovers were arrested for traffic violations and 40 counterfeit driver’s licenses from 13 different states were confiscated, reported the Times Union.

“SPAC and Darien Lake are summertime destinations for thousands of young music fans, which is why DMV and its law enforcement partners established ID checkpoints at these two events,” said Department of Motor Vehicles Deputy Commissioner Thomas Higgins, according to the Times Union. “Our ID checkpoints prevent underage concertgoers from obtaining alcohol and, possibly, becoming a danger to themselves and others. Our efforts are particularly important during graduation season and the summer months when underage drinking tends to spike. We will continue to deploy our investigators at summer hot spots that draw large numbers of young people so that we can reduce underage drinking and impaired driving and, in turn, save lives.”

Then last night, June 24, there were more than 40 drug- and alcohol-related incidents, mostly involving minors, in Wantagh, N.Y., at the Fall Out Boy-headlined performance at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater. At least 14 fans were taken to the hospital to be treated for alcohol poisoning, and at least seven people were arrested on drug charges, reported News 12. Additionally, 40 kids had to be escorted home by their parents.

The Boys Of Zummer tour resumes tomorrow night, June 26, in Hartford, Conn., at the Xfinity Theatre.
