R&B artist Miguel was arrested early Thursday morning in Los Angeles for driving under the influence.
The Grammy award-winning singer known for his chart-topping hit "Adorn" was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers around 2:15 a.m. for speeding in his 2013 BMW X6.
According to TMZ, not only was the crooner going way too fast, he also had illegal tints on his windows.
Once Miguel pulled to the shoulder and rolled down his window to speak with cops, they smelled alcohol on his breath and took him out of the car to preform sobriety tests.
The 27-year-old singer blew .10 and .11 during his breathalyzer test-the legal limit is .08.
Miguel was then cuffed and taken in for a DUI. He was subsequently released on $5,000 bail, TMZ reports.
He's got another court date in September-none of his representatives, nor he, has made a statement on the matter just yet.
Miguel recently made headlines for jumping into the crowd during a concert and scissor-kicking a fan in the head.
But for now, let's bask in the hilarity of the fact that one of Miguel's most popular and well-known songs is titled, "How Many Drinks?"
