Jennie Garth is getting married.

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress is engaged to her actor boyfriend, David Abrams, People confirmed. A source revealed that the proposal reportedly happened after Garth celebrated her 43rd birthday on April 3.

"Dave had been working on this for months, and really wanted to plan something special for her around her birthday and make it perfect," a source told People about the couple's engagement.

Garth and Abrams reportedly met "a couple years ago" and began dating last fall, but there is no confirmed report on when the newly engaged couple exactly started their relationship. In March, the pair enjoyed a romantic getaway in Santa Barbara, Calif., and recently vacationed in Tulum, Mexico.

This would be Garth's third marriage.

Garth married "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli in 2001, but the couple divorced in 2013 and share custody of their three daughters - Luca, 17, Lola, 12, and Fiona, 8. Facinelli recently announced his engagement to actress girlfriend Jaimie Alexander, whom he proposed to on the top of the Empire State Building in New York City.

"I had plane fly by with a banner so it was kind of a romantic scene," he said on NBC's Today.
