'The Voice': Blind Auditions Are Done, Battle Rounds Commence Tonight (EXCLUSIVE CONTESTANT INTERVIEWS)

"The Voice" saw the blind auditions end last night. And with all coaches' teams locked and loaded, things are ready for tonight's battle rounds.

Adam Levine first filled his team enlisting Nathan Hermida. That left next hopeful Paul Pfau to choose Pharrell's team. Paul admitted to meeting Adam 10 years ago and "chickened out" of giving him a demo tape. He remedied that last night but tells HNGN.com he's yet to receive feedback.

"Let's say I haven't heard anything yet," he says with a laugh. "After I chickened out on giving it to him, it sat on my music shelf. I was hoping he'd turn so I could give it to him and be on Team Adam. But the fact I got to sing in front of him, he had positive things to say, and I got to give him the CD... It felt good to get it off my shelf and into the hands it was intended for."

Next contestant Vance Smith saw Christina and Pharrell vying for his talent. He chose Christina but admits nerves were almost his downfall.

"From the start there were a lot of nerves and a lot of pressure," Smith tells HNGN.com. "I thought if they turn it's a blessing, if they don't, I did my best. I don't think they got the best of me, but when I saw the chairs turn I thought I did it!"

A flawless rendition of the Christina and Alicia Keys' duet "Impossible" scored Caitlin Caporale a place on Pharrell's team. She'd actually sung for Christina on a talent show before and was invited to duet with Christina on the song after her audition. "Christina did remember me," Caitlin tells HNGN.com. "She said, 'you look familiar.' I explained I'd sung for her at the Grove! She asked me to sit in her chair then suggested we sing together! I couldn't believe it was happening. I've never seen her in concert so the first time for me to hear her actually sing was with me and in front of me...it was a dream come true."

Hannah Kirby had all the judges feverishly hitting their buttons, but with Blake having the only slot he became her saving grace. "I thought I'd be more nervous no one was turning," Hannah tells HNGN.com. "But just knowing that they would've turned around if they could have definitely boosted my confidence."

"The Voice" continues Tuesday night at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC as the Battle Rounds continue when last night's hopefuls continue their quest to become "The Voice."
