While most Americans were watching what is sure to be the highest-rated network broadcast of the year last night, AMC teased a trailer for the most-watched show on cable television, just in time for the program's return.

That's right, season five of "The Walking Dead" finally resumes this coming Sunday, and the new trailer that aired during the Super Bowl sheds light on what our favorite group of survivors could be up to next.

It has been rumoured for some time that Rick and co. are headed for a potential safe-zone in Alexandria, Va. We also know that Noah, who as of the mid-season finale is set to play a bigger role in the show, grew up in a gated community in Virginia -- he told Beth while the pair was stuck in the hospital. Is it a possibility that his house will double as the safe-zone?

Footage from the new trailer shows the group walking up to a large gate surrounded by a brick wall with Noah leading the charge. The next scene is Noah and Tyreese snooping around a similar wooded, outdoor area looking into an open door. All the while, there are no zombies to be seen.

Either the safe-zone is indeed where Noah grew up, or he does something early on with the group that makes them gain his trust -- there is no other logical explanation as to why he would be leading the survivors through an unknown area after only being with them for a short amount of time. Granted, Beth trusted him, but it seems uncharacteristic for the group to trust anyone that quickly.

Check out the trailer below, and be sure to tune in when the show returns this Sunday, Feb. 8, on AMC at 9 p.m.
