Reality star Kim Kardashian teamed up with T-Mobile to try and solve a very real problem: unused Internet data going to waste. Kardashian, who just released her selfie book "Selfish," announced on "Conan" that she's appearing in a Super Bowl ad for T-Mobile to promote their "data stash" program.

In the clip, the 34-year-old talks about how each year millions of gigs of unused data are taken back by cell phone companies. Instead of customers letting their data go to waste - after all they paid for it, Kardashian says - the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star urges people to use the data to look at her personal Instagram photos. Clearly, Kardashian is poking fun at herself and her love of snapping selfies.

"Please help save the data," she says at the end of the video.

"The ad really incorporated a lot of my personality," Kardashian told People magazine. "We really went over scene by scene and what selfies I thought would really showcase me and what I do."

"I ski, I went to tennis camp growing up," she added. "So there are some things in the commercial that I don't think people know about me."

This won't be Kardashian's first time in a Super Bowl commercial. Back in 2011, she starred in an ad for Sketchers.

"I think it's such an iconic time, everyone watches the Super Bowl," Kardashian said of her latest ad. "We wanted to come up with something that was fun, witty, sexy and I think this commercial really kind of has everything."

"Whether it's business calls, selfies, whatever, I'm always on my phone," she added. "And the concept was just so fun and I just got it right away, it clicked."
