There could be another baby Kardashian on the way. On Sunday, to promote the upcoming tenth season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," there were several hints that someone might be pregnant.

During a sneak peek, Kim Kardashian is seen getting an ultrasound as a doctor says, "We want to see another pregnancy some time soon." The 34-year-old mother of one is also seen walking with a tray of five or six pregnancy tests, and when Khloe Kardashian picks one up, it reads "pregnant."

Is Kim already expecting baby number two with hubby Kanye West? The reality star denied pregnancy rumors last week tweeting that she and West are not expanding their family just yet. Khloe further hinted that a member of her family is expecting when she posted - and quickly deleted - a picture of the positive pregnancy test surrounded by her face, mom Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim.

The words, "Who's pregnant? Kim Khloe Kendall," were written on the picture. Khloe captioned the photo, "I think we could rule miss menopause out of this equation," referring to her mom. Kourtney can probably also be ruled out since she gave birth to her third child in December.

Kendall probably isn't pregnant since she's been busy with her modeling career and hasn't been romantically linked to anyone recently. There were pregnancy rumors surrounding 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, but the reality star dismissed the speculation on Twitter. That leaves Kim and Khloe as the possible owner of the positive pregnancy test.

Khloe, who recently split from boyfriend French Montana, has always been vocal about wanting to start a family, while Kim has made it known she's trying for baby number two. She and West welcomed their daughter, North, in June.

According to a report by TMZ, Kim has been upset lately because she's reportedly having a hard time getting pregnant. Sources told the site that she and the "Black Skinhead" rapper have been trying to get pregnant for the past nine months, but nothing's working.

The couple reportedly visits a fertility doctor once a month hoping for good news.
