Justin Bieber has been cleared from investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department in connection to a hit and run according to TMZ. The 19-year-old heartthrob allegedly clipped a photographer with his Ferrari and drove off.

TMZ reports Bieber and rapper-friend Lil Twist exited The Laugh Factory and entered the infamous white vehicle with the help of Bieber's security guards.

Paparazzi swarmed the vehicle as Bieber used his hat to sheer off camera flashes. In a video of the incident, the singer is seen signaling to the photographers to get out of the street. As Bieber slowly drove off, he accidentally pinned a photographer against a neighboring vehicle.

According to the Daily Mail, the photographer's camera was still resting on Bieber's car which proved he did not immediately drive off after the incident. Click here for photos.

The photographer was taken to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center with minor injuries.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) immediately launched an investigation to determine if in fact this was a hit-and-run case.

According to the Huffington Post, after contacting Bieber for his side of the story, the LAPD cleared him of any wrong doing and no charges have been filed. Bieber claims he did not know his car had caused any harm to the photographer.

TMZ reports the "Beauty and a Beat" singer used witnesses and his representatives to defend his claim. The LAPD reportedly holds the photographer responsible for his injuries because he was a "pedestrian in the roadway."

Bieber's exotic cars and alleged reckless driving has been the center of Los Angeles traffic controversy in the past. Outside from his neighbors feeling he's a threat to children within the community, Bieber was accused of causing the death of a paparazzi earlier this year.

According to CNN, a photographer was struck by a SUV and died after crossing a busy roadway to snap photos of Bieber.

"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim," he said in a statement.
