Arizona State Vs. Arizona Live Stream & Radio: Territorial Cup 2014 (WATCH/LISTEN)

The Arizona State Sun Devils play the Arizona Wildcats on Friday for the 2014 Territorial Cup. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links provided below.

This year's edition of the Territorial Cup will be even bigger for the reason that both teams are ranked for the first time since 1986, according to ESPN. No. 13 Arizona State makes the short trip to play No. 11 Arizona, and the game has huge implications: if UCLA loses on Friday, the winner of the Territorial Cup will play No. 3 Oregon for the Pac-12 title.

"This game is the single most important game of the year for us and for our fans," Arizona State coach Todd Graham said, via ESPN. "Obviously it has a lot more meaning, both teams are going for their tenth win and the Pac-12 South championship is on the line, there is definitely a little extra importance added to this game."

Arizona coach Rich Rodriguez (9-2) is looking for his team's fourth straight win, as well as looking for retribution after losing both of the two career games he's played against the Graham-coached Sun Devils. For Rodriguez, Friday presents a chance to come away with a win in the in-state rivalry.

"I think it has become more relevant nationally now because of the seasons we are both having," Rodriguez said. "You know that for your fans, particularly in state, that the rivalry game is going to mean a lot to them, but I promise it doesn't mean any more to them than it does to the players and coaches."

Arizona State (9-2), meanwhile, bounced back from their loss at Oregon State with a 52-31 rout of Washington State. After making it to the Pac-12 title game last season, a win against Arizona would keep alive the chance of repeating.
