As NBC's famous singing competition, "The Voice" nears its nail-biting grand finale slated to be held on June 18, many live performances will help ease the tension in the atmosphere. Celebrities like Cher, Christina Aguilera, Pitbull, Florida Georgia Line and Nelly will be performing live while Bruno Mars will make a pre-taped appearance.
Cher will be making what is touted as her first live TV appearance in over a decade. She will perform "Woman's World" from her upcoming album.
Aguilera will perform "Feel This Moment" with Pitbull, the third single from the rapper's album "Global Warming". Aguilera was a former coach on the show and will be returning for season five, along with Cee Lo Green.
In an unusual combination, Florida Georgia Line and Nelly will pitch their talents together to sing "Cruise" from the country duo's album "Here's To The Good Times".
Mars and his Hooligans will belt out his latest single "The Treasure" on the finale as well. The performance was recorded in May, before the demise of Mars' mother.
Meanwhile, in this week's semi-final action, The Swon Brothers and Danielle Bradbery, two prodigies of coach Blake Shelton, made it to the top three and he was ecstatic on his Twitter profile. "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" was his first twitter reaction.
"I mean for real y'all... I love y'all!!!!!!!!!!! #TeamBlake,"
Usher also tweeted about Michelle Chamuel bagging a slot in the top three.
"Yeah @MichelleChamuel!!! Thank you #TeamUsher for voting and keeping your #4eyesontheprize.. it's #VoiceTop3 time!" he wrote.
Coaches Adam Levine and Shakira were left without any contestants after their respective team members, Amber Carrington and Sasha Allen, were eliminated from the show.
