It's over for Janel Parrish and her boyfriend Payson Lewis. The two dated for a little over a year, but called it quits on Thursday, Oct. 16. Lewis announced the split on his Instagram page, writing, "All good things must come to an end. Thank you for the happiest year and a half of my life. I will always love you @janelparrish and I wish nothing but the best. Forever #teamjanel." He also included an older photo of himself and Parrish laying in the grass.
The 25-year-old "Pretty Little Liars" star has not commented on the split, but was seen smiling as she headed into rehearsals for "Dancing With the Stars" with her Season 19 partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, Wetpaint reports. It may be a coincidence, but news of the breakup came one day after Parrish and Chmerkovskiy appeared on "Access Hollywood Live" and answered questions - via a lie-detector test to see if they were telling the truth or not - about their chemistry on and off the dance floor.
There have been rumors that something romantic could be brewing between the two. On the show Parrish and Chmerkovskiy kind of "failed" all the romance questions and when the Ukrainian-born dancer was quizzed on whether he kissed Parrish on the lips, he said, "Her face is just so small and her lips so big that anywhere I'm going to kiss is going to land on her lips." Later that evening, the dance partners grabbed dinner with former "Dancing with the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his Season 18 partner, Meryl Davis. Last season, Maks and Davis - who won the Mirror Ball trophy - were plagued with dating rumors. Both denied the reports saying that they were only friends.
