Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore Divorce Settlement: Actress Agrees To Sign Confidentiality Agreement To View Actor's Finances

Ashton Kutcher has agreed to provide estranged wife Demi Moore with financial documents regarding his technology business according to TMZ.

Moore's legal team is looking to benefit from A-Grade Investments despite the "Two and a Half Men" star from inking the deal after he filed for divorce.

The request was granted once Moore agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement. Kutcher does not want the specifications of his compensation to became public information nor does he want it to become the highlight of a Moore interview.

According to TMZ, the couples marriage trouble dates back to 2011 when Kutcher allegedly had an affair. After the failed attempts at reconciliation, the couple filed for divorce. Although Moore is credited to have more money than Kutcher, she has requested spousal support.

TMZ reports Moore is a disgruntled ex who wants Kutcher to suffer for all that he has put her through. She has requested that the actor pay for her New York apartment renovations.

The couple's constant bickering over finances is the reason why the divorce has yet to be finalized. Despite being legally married, Kutcher has moved on and has began a romantic relationship with former "That 70's Show" co-star and friend Mila Kunis. After his very public relationship and divorce proceedings with Moore, the actor has vowed to try to keep his new romance private.

"You know, I've learned the hard way how valuable privacy is. And I've learned that there are a lot of things in your life that really benefit from being private. And relationships are one of them. And I am going to do everything in my power to have this relationship private," said Kutcher in an interview with Elle magazine.

Insiders are hopeful that Kutcher and Moore will reach an agreement soon. The two did not have any children together. No reports of real estate disagreements have been made.
