Brutus an all-bacon restaurant/bar, is opening in Montreal, Canada, and every single menu item (drinks included!) will have bacon as an ingredient. This may seem shocking, but it will be a glorious day when Montreal celebrates International Bacon Day for the first time on Aug. 27, as MTL Blog reports.

Some top meals offered will include "Jägermeister Poutine," which is bacon with caramelized red onion, cheese curds, and homemade Jägermeister sauce served over french fries, served in half of a recycled Jägermeister bottle; "bacon sushi," which features chicken, date purée, Japanese omelet, some celery, and rice, all wrapped in bacon; and "Hot Pig," which is essentially a hot dog made entirely out of bacon.

But owner Anthony Jodoin isn't stopping there.

The restaurant will also feature a line of signature bacon-inspired cocktails. The "Bloody Caesar" is a Canadian Bloody Mary with clam tomato juice and a bacon rose on top.

"I'm confident it's going to become a bacon mecca," Jodoin tells BuzzFeed. "That's my goal. That if you're a bacon lover and you're in Montreal, you will know that you have to come here."

Jodoin was inspired to create this all-bacon bar because he wanted the restaurant to have an old-school, gentleman's vibe, he explains to BuzzFeed. The things that scream "man" to him most is barbershop décor, bourbon and bacon.
