What's a freak show without a creepy, scary clown? During San Diego Comic-Con last month creator Ryan Murphy dished on the upcoming fourth season of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" and revealed which characters fans would see.

Emma Roberts will play Maggie; Sarah Paulson as two-headed Bette and Dot Tattler; Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling; Michael Chiklis as Wendell dell Toledo, the ex-husband of Ethel and current husband of Desiree (Angela Bassett's character); Evan Peters as Jimmy Darling, the son of Ethel; Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars; and John Carroll Lynch as the main villain.

That's all Murphy was willing to reveal but an unofficial leaked call sheet might provide further details. According to the call sheet, which was posted online, Lynch will play a "Twisted Clown." Murphy previously described Lynch's character as the "scariest creation so far" and executive producer Tim Minear warned that it'll "scare the shit out of you."

Hopefully Murphy will release a photo of the "Twisted Clown" soon, like he did with Paulson's Bette and Dot. The call sheet also listed a bunch more actors that were not mentioned at Comic-Con last month. Reportedly Naomi Grossman will reprise her Season 2 "Asylum" role of Pepper and will be joined by Ann McKenzie as Eudora Tattler (possibly the mother of Bette and Dot), Erika Ervin as Amazon Eve, Rose Siggins as Legless Suzi, Christopher Neiman as Salty, Ben Woolf as Meep, Grace Gummer as Penny the Candy Striper, Ramona Tyler as Mildred Bachman, and Mat Neiman as Paul, the Illustrated Seal.

The rest of the names of the call sheet was too dark to make out. It sounds like "American Horror Story" fans are in for a terrifying season. During a recent interview with TV Line, Kathy Bates said she was having trouble sleeping after filming the first episode of Season 4.

"After my first scene last week - and this is a terrible confession to make - I couldn't sleep until six in the morning, and then I slept for 30 hours. And that was without drugs, I swear to God. I think [Ryan Murphy] scares the shit out of me," she said.
