With their recent breakups from John Mayer and Kristen Stewart, rumors are swirling that Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson have begun dating after the pair were spotted in New York City alone.
Now there is a little more news that will add more fuel to the fire. People reports that the two stars were spotted at a wedding rehearsal together in Santa Barbara over the past weekend.
"Katy and Rob were just sitting next to each other watching the wedding rehearsal in the main courtyard area. They were dressed very casually," rehearsal guest Stephanie Sands explained to the magazine. "She was wearing a hoodie and big sunglasses. There was no PDA between them and no body language that showed they were dating. They just sat together and watched."
Sands said that neither Perry nor Pattinson were "affiliated with the wedding party and were not seen mingling with guests." Another person claiming to be a guest said the pair was with a group of other people.
Pattinson recently called off his relationship with Stewart and according to Perez Hilton, Perry is to blame. A source to the news website said, "She] played a role, as one of many reasons."
Some reports have deemed that untrue and blame Stewart's affair with Rupert Sanders played a role in their most recent breakup.
The "Teenage Dream" singer has been pretty busy as of lately. "Smurfs 2" is scheduled to be released this summer. Perry voices the role of Smurfette. She has also returned to the studio.
