Police busted teenage twin sisters from North Carolina for prostitution last week after coming across online advertisements promoting their services, The Smoking Gun reported.
Katelyn and Sarah Lothrop, 19, were arrested on Wednesday at a La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel in Raleigh. The twins allegedly called themselves "Kerri" and "Krystal" in their online ads and promised to "make your dreams come true & then some." Both have been charged with aiding and abetting prostitution and were held on bond.
Police also arrested their suspected pimp, 27-year-old Michael Lewis, for "renting a room for them and posting ads," according to a Raleigh Police Department report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
The ads were reportedly posted the night before the arrest on Backpage.com, according to The Smoking Gun.
"We have the perfect body with the softest skin," reads the ad titled "Hot and sexy beautiful fun Twins." Both were looking for "fellaz" who were in "need of two sexy young twins with excellent talent."
Photographs along with the notice showed two women wearing underwear taking selfies in what appears to be a bathroom mirror.
Sarah Lothrop was also charged with failure to appear for a court date in relation to a 2013 misdemeanor, The Smoking Gun reported. She was held on $8,000 bond. Her sister Katelyn was held on $4,000 bond.
As of Monday it was not clear if the twins posted bail.
