With "White Collar" reaching its end, actor Matt Bomer has a "wild idea" for how the show should end, according to media reports.
Earlier, it was announced that Season 6 was going to mark the end of the popular television show "White Collar" but Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) wants to do it his way. According to media reports, Bomer has come up with a "wild idea" for the show.
"I had this wild idea about how the story should end, and I talked to Tim [DeKay] about it and I talked to Willie [Garson] about it and we talked to [series creator] Jeff Eastin," Bomer said to TV Line. "Everybody put their two cents in and were vibing on it. I think we came up with something that's really fun and fitting. When I thought about it, it was really the only way we could end the show. I hope everyone's happy with it."
No details about the "wild end" have been revealed yet but if it's going to be a Caffrey ending, you can expect the show to end in style. "White Collar" Season 6 is the final season. USA Networks has given the team only six episodes to wrap-up the series and give the popular show a proper closure.
Season 5 wrapped-up with the abduction of Neal by an unknown man and Peter deciding to not take-up his new job at Washington, D.C. So fans are eager to see what happens next. According to initials feelers, the final season may open with Peter and Mozzie teaming-up to find Neal's location and the person behind his kidnapping.
Filming of the final season is expected to begin in June. The shooting will take place in New York. However, it is unlikely to premiere this year, as Bomer hinted in an interview with OutQ Frank Show that "White Collar" Season 6 may air in winter of 2015.
