Sources have confirmed with E! Online that Beyonce is in fact expecting her second child.
Even though music's power couple has remained quiet about the expected new addition to their family, rumors heightened when Beyonce was forced to cancel a recent concert in Belgium "exhaustion." The former Destiny's Child singer also kept the public guessing when the physically fit diva wore a Givenchy gown concealing her stomach to the Met gala.
Fan pictures of the singer circulating the Internet showed visions of a baby bump emerging during her recent tour.
While neither Beyonce nor Jay-Z's reps have officially confirmed the pregnancy, Beyonce has recently said in interviews that she would like to give the couple's first child, Blue Ivy, a sibling.
"I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company," she told ABC. "I definitely love being a big sister... at some point, when it's supposed to happen."
Blue Ivy celebrated her first birthday in January. Beyonce's first baby announcement made the Guinness Book of World Records for the most tweets per second recorded for a single event.
Beyonce married Jay-Z in 2008 after several years of dating and friendship. She more recently performed at the Presidential Inauguration and Super Bowl XLVII. She is currently touring on The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.
