Hillary Clinton's New Book Titled 'Hard Choices' Addresses International Issues She Faced While Working for President Obama

The title of Hillary Rodham Clinton's latest book will be "Hard Choices" - a name that gives a nod to her potential 2016 presidential run and the issues she faced as President Barack Obama's secretary of state.

The Associated Press reported on Friday that publishing house Simon & Schuster announced the book's official title ahead of its June 10 release. The New York-based publisher described Clinton's upcoming work as an "inside account of the crises, choices and challenges" she encountered during her time as secretary of state, and "how those experiences drive her view of the future."

"All of us face hard choices in our lives," a preview of Clinton's book read. "Life is about making these choices, and how we handle them shapes the people we become."

The memoir's release comes as the former first lady mulls a potential presidential run in the 2016 election. Although Hillary Clinton hasn't explicitly said whether she'll campaign, she's currently the top Democratic contender, ABC News reported.

In the preview released by Simon & Schuster, Clinton writes about her close relationship with the POTUS, whom she might end up succeeding. A scene from Clinton's book tells the story of how the former secretary of state and President Obama "had to decide how to repair fractured alliances, wind down two wars and address a global financial crisis. They faced a rising competitor in China, growing threats from Iran and North Korea, and revolutions across the Middle East."

Simon & Schuster posted the preview online just one day after Hillary and Bill's daughter Chelsea Clinton announced that she was expecting.

During a Clinton Foundation at the Lower East Side Girls Club in New York City this week, Chelsea shared the good news with her mother by her side.

"Marc and I are very excited that we have our first child arriving later this year," Chelsea said while attendees cheered in response. "And I certainly feel all the better, whether it's a girl or a boy, that she or he will grow up in a world full of so many strong, young female leaders. So thank you for inspiring me and inspiring future generations, including the one that we'll be lucky enough to welcome into our family later this year."
