Justin Bieber Beer: Pop Star's 'Bad Boy' Behavior Continues (PHOTO)

The Biebs is making headlines again after posting a photo to his Instagram account of him and a friend drinking beer. The "Boyfriend" singer is currently in South Africa finishing up the last leg of his international dates of his "Believe" tour.

The photo shows Bieber with a backwards baseball cap cradling his beer can with the caption "Beers in the jungle."

While the 19-year-old is not old enough to legally drink in the United States he is not breaking any laws in South Africa where the drinking age is 18.

This is not the first time the singer has made headlines regarding alcohol. Back in October, TMZ reported that Bieber was hanging with some friends playing beer pong. According to the website, some sources claim the photo was taken in Canada where the legal drinking age is 19, while other sources say the photo is over a year old which would make the singer under the drinking age no matter what country he was in.

Recently, a slew of questionable decisions made by the singer have a lot of people speculating what exactly is going on with the singer.

According to the New York Daily News, Stockholm police discovered narcotics aboard Bieber's tour bus during a raid while he was busy performing a concert. No one was charged since police couldn't figure out who the drugs belonged to. The bus was raided after police said they could smell marijuana wafting from the bus.

TMZ also reported that a picture had surfaced of Bieber allegedly smoking marijuana with rapper Lil Z a few months back.

The "bad boy" behavior continued when in March the singer almost got into a fight with a photographer outside of a London hotel and was also accused of spitting on a neighbor. The sheriffs investigating that incident are advising prosecutors to charge him with battery.

In an interview with Us Weekly Bieber explained his behavior by saying "I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up."

Even though the teen pop star doesn't see anything wrong with his behavior, many Americans do. According to the Public Policy Polling, released on Thursday, Bieber was voted least favorite artist by Americans.
