Hollywood actor Bruce Willis has made his first public statement after being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

On March 19, the actor Bruce Willis celebrated his 68th birthday with his family. Throughout the celebrations with both his wife and children, he was allegedly in a state of euphoria.

The 'Die Hard' actor also appeared to speak and sing while others applauded. According to reports, Bruce Willis has dementia and has been mostly absent from the public spotlight.

On his special day, though, his ex-wife Demi Moore released a video to Instagram where she, Willis' wife Emma Heming Willis, and their children raised a toast to him. According to Daily Mail, the video depicted the partygoers and the celebrant singing "Happy Birthday."

Bruce Willis was also observed conversing with others around him before blowing out the candles in a manner that made everyone chuckle. Per Meaww, his family cheered "Hip-Hip Hooray!" for him. Moore penned in the photo's caption, "Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate with you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes - we all feel them."

The heartfelt post has garnered more than 400k likes on the social networking platform and other kind comments for the 'Unbreakable' star. Due to health concerns, Bruce Willis resigned from acting in March of last year. Bruce Willis' family released a joint statement on his Instagram account indicating that aphasia affects his cognitive abilities; aphasia is a disorder that results in the inability to speak or comprehend words.

Bruce Willis looked in high spirits as he sang at least a few lines to the song, conversed with other party guests, and blew out the birthday candles on his cake. When everyone sang, he grinned, spoke, and gestured with his hands.

At one point, he looked to stumble slightly, maybe due to losing balance. After exerting great effort to extinguish the few remaining candles on the pie, he tripped again. The entire family, including Willis, laughed briefly at the time.

The actor made a lassoing gesture with his hands and, at one point, yelled, "hooray." Then, a few guests welcomed and kissed him at the little celebration.

Why Bruce Willis Lost His Front Tooth?

Fans were ecstatic to see Bruce Willis in this role for the first time. However, his longstanding admirers expressed worry after seeing a small detail in the video. It looked like Bruce Willis was missing one of his front tooth. It is unclear why, and it is doubtful the family would explain, as per The Sun.

The remarks contained a mixture of alarm and support. Emma, Bruce's wife, posted a video of her husband earlier this month, weeks after it was established that he had frontotemporal dementia.

In the brief video, the actor compliments his wife of nearly 14 years while wearing a white T-shirt and a black puffer jacket. Emma Hemming provided a distressing update earlier this week on coping with Bruce Willis' diagnosis of "untreatable" frontotemporal dementia.

Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) is the most prevalent kind of dementia in those under the age of 60, and its symptoms include behavioral changes, compulsive behavior, and difficulty speaking.
